General Policies

  • Rates apply for 1 to 5 passengers. Additional passengers may generate an added cost depending on the destination.
  • Reservations should be confirmed using a 24-hour time format, from 00:00 to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 to 23:00 PM.
  • Glass Frog will send a daily report of confirmed services. It is essential that the tour operator reviews and reconfirms these services to avoid inconveniences or penalties.
  • For last-minute services (less than 24 hours), availability must be confirmed before notifying the client.

Reservations

  • Availability and schedules must be checked in advance.
  • All reservations must include the full name of the client, number of passengers (adults and children with ages), date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, and flight number if the service is at the airport.
  • All reservations, modifications, or cancellations must be submitted in writing (WhatsApp or email).

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more before the service will not incur any additional charges.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice will incur a 100% charge.
